Visit your doctor and have regular yearly visits. Make sure you have your blood pressure checked, cholesterol and triglycerides levels monitored. High levels will cause you to have heart disease.
Healthy eating is for good for your Fun healthy habits whole family and does not have to cost a lot. The trouble with a lot of diet plans is that there is no right answer that will work every time for every person. To sum up what I know about healthy eating is simple, get rid of the stuff you know is bad for you and use common sense with your food choices.
